It was our distinct honor to host our annual legacy luncheon at the beautiful River Oaks Country Club once again this year. Our luncheon has fast become one of the best events to attend in the Houston area.  This year's Chairperson, Kimberly Van Gundy, along with other members of the 2015 luncheon host committee, put together a wonderfully memorable celebration that generated much needed resources in support of our mission.  This year marked our 27th year of feeding hungry babies so it was very fitting that we honored Founding Board Member, Reverend John. R. Pitts who provided us with a wonderful history lesson on how L.I.F.E. Houston began.  We were also pleased to have Loubel Cruz Galik as our keynote speaker sharing the story of a L.I.F.E. Houston client that she met but really telling the stories of so many of our families in such a powerful way.  We thank everyone who came out and became a part of our winning formula for infants and we look forward to doing it all over again next year!
