L.I.F.E. Houston has made some changes to its procedure, to comply with social distancing guidelines and ensure the safety of L.I.F.E. Houston staff and clients.
Starting Monday April 6, all clients MUST have an appointment to get formula.
We will collect documents in advance and enroll clients over the phone BEFORE scheduling the appointment. We will no longer take walk-in clients and we do not have same-day appointments available.
This is a significant change from our typical procedure and we are grateful to everyone for their patience and flexibility. We encourage our families to plan ahead.

3/31/2020 All L.I.F.E. Houston offices are closed between Weds 4/1 - Sun 4/5. Our team has done a tremendous job and they need time to relax and recharge.
We return at 9 am on Mon 4/6. Phones will be open at that time.
If you have an urgent question, we will respond to emails and facebook messages between 9 am and 3 pm Weds 4/1 - Fri 4/3.

There are 2 offices that are open and operating at this time. The West End and Southwest locations have appointments between 9 am and 3 pm.

3/24/2020 @ 12pm: If you need formula, please come visit us today. The main office will be closed starting tomorrow, 3/25/2020.

The Acres Homes office is CLOSED from today until further notice.
